All purchases are subject to our formal Refund Policy. Furthermore, you affirm that items purchased are for personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

Pricing, promotions, and exclusive discounts may be adjusted without prior notice. The final price charged is the one displayed at the time your order is placed, as reflected in your confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated, displayed prices do not account for taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import duties.

Online pricing may differ from offerings in physical boutiques or third-party retailers. Promotional events are governed by separate conditions; in the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall supersede these general Terms.

You also agree to promptly update your account details—including credit card numbers and expiration dates—to ensure seamless processing. Aurelius & Co. is not liable for logistical delays. Delivery windows are estimations, not guarantees, and we hold no responsibility for delays resulting from carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen external events. Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, the title and risk of loss officially transfer to you.

All materials within our Services—including but not limited to typography, branding, imagery, audio, video, and site design—are the exclusive property of Aurelius & Co., its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by domestic and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. You are expressly forbidden from reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, or creating derivative works from our content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of these materials constitutes a violation of applicable laws.

The Aurelius & Co. name, logos, and specific product nomenclature are proprietary trademarks. Shopify’s trademarks belong solely to Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.

We may grant you access to third-party tools over which we have no direct control or input. You acknowledge that these tools are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, devoid of any warranties or endorsements from Aurelius & Co. We assume no liability whatsoever arising from your use of these optional third-party integrations. Engaging with them is entirely at your own risk.

Aurelius & Co. partners with Shopify to power our digital storefront. However, all sales and purchases made are exclusively agreements between you and Aurelius & Co. By utilizing these Services, you acknowledge that Shopify bears no responsibility for any aspect of the transaction, including any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities tied to your transactions with Aurelius & Co.

Your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and certain processing may also fall under Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because our platform is hosted by Shopify, they process information regarding your site usage to facilitate our Services. Your data may be transmitted internationally. Should you provide us with ideas, reviews, or proposals (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant Aurelius & Co. a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to utilize, reproduce, modify, and publish this content in any medium. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, offer compensation for it, or respond to it.

You warrant that your Feedback belongs to you, does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property, and contains no malicious software, defamatory language, or unlawful material. 14.2 No Agent may access the Services unless it strictly complies with Section 14.4 and identifies itself. If we request an Agent to cease interaction, it must comply immediately.

14.3 We reserve the right to limit or block Agent access via technical measures.

14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves in all HTTP/HTTPS requests via the user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not obfuscate their automated nature by mimicking human behavior or circumventing CAPTCHAs; (iii) truthfully respond to prompts determining human vs. computer interaction; and (iv) not bypass any measures designed to block or control Agent access.

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice. You remain liable for all outstanding balances up to the termination date. Clauses concerning Intellectual Property, Feedback, Warranties, Liability Limitation, Indemnification, Severability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelius & Co., Shopify, and our affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees brought by third parties resulting from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your unauthorized use of the Services. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any such claim at your expense, and you agree to fully cooperate with our defense efforts.

Should any provision within these Terms be deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a governing authority, that specific clause shall be severed, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The failure to enforce any right or provision outlined here does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms of Service represent the entirety of the agreement between you and Aurelius & Co., superseding any prior verbal or written communications or proposals. Ambiguities in interpretation will not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to another party without our prior written consent. Aurelius & Co. may assign its rights and obligations without notice or consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Aurelius & Co. is headquartered. Both parties consent to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of those local and federal courts for any disputes.
